Samsung Galaxy S4 Specification

Korean giant Samsung Mobiles are developing a new breed of Galaxy "S" series smartphone.

                         

According to the rumor's out there, Samsung electronics will be releasing Samsung Galaxy S4 on or after Q2 of 2013.
This amazing smartphone will be having at least 3GB of RAM and
the this phone could be built with Android's upcoming version of OS "ANDROID 5.0 Key lime" and would have a quad-core cpu which would be faster than the present mobile cpu's.

It may also feature a 5inch OLED screen, no further details are available.

According to a recent report from the korean site, suggests that this Galaxy phone i.e, Galaxy S4 will be having a much more faster and economical processor and huge screen, atleast 5 inches.

This Megaphone would be having an 28 nm ARM Cortex-A15 CPU under the hood, and Samsung will start producing this chip before the ending of this year, the processor would be a Exynos 5450 which is clocked at a massive 2 Ghz..

This Rumored Chip is codename'd as Adonis and offers huge performance with much more battery efficiency and a high performance GPU.
