ReplyDeleteandroid phones only recognises infrastructure wifi ( as from adsl box ou real hotspot) but Joikuspot provides ad-hoc (peer to peer) wifi only.

ReplyDeleteI used to connect my windows 8 pc with a Nokia C-7 phone by joikuspot. Everything was smooth & perfect. But recently I upgraded the OS to windows 8.1 and joikuspot stopped working! Pc says 'no connection'... :-(

Like Android apps this is not a secured, if you are usiing free app, anyone can access your phone and can use data. It might be risky if someone unknown or criminal mind, catch that frequency.
